Our approach to web design and web development usually follows a four-stage process:

Step - 1
Following an initial contact, by request form, e-mail, phone, or in person, we provide your with estimation of cost for our services. At this stage we may also present some ideas and advice of our own that we feel may provide you with more opportunities to develop your online presence. At this stage, there is no cost or obligation from your side.

Step - 2
If you are satisfied with our proposal and would like to proceed further, we will then progress to further discussion and writing a detailed specification. This specification will cover in depth exactly what you would like to achieve, and exactly how it will be achieved. As long as the specification then remains unchanged, you will know exactly what the project will cost you and how long it will take.
You will be provided with password to our members' area where you can review your project specification and check on the design progress.
At this stage you will also submit all your company information needed for the web site. Initial deposit of 35% must be submitted together with material for your web site.

Step - 3
After we have received all of your company information, we will commence work on your web site. We strive to have your web site ready for your approval within a reasonable amount of time, depending on the extent of graphic work involved in the design. We will work closely with you during the whole design process and you'll be able to check on progress thru our members' area.

Step - 4
Once your final approval has been granted and the remaining balance paid, we will upload your site and then undertake any post-development tasks that may have been agreed. (submitting to search engines etc.)
The source code of your project will be sent via email (in zip format) or mailed to the Client's postal address.
